Through the months of january through August this year 7spin records and friends helped us get a new recording studio built in an old coal boiler room. Originally there was a massive one ton boiler plate in the middle of the room with heaps of old coal dust everywhere. Somehow we thought it would end up looking artsy.I think most of the album was made while the studio still looked like a bomb had dropped. Living and surviving was the first complete work to come out of the abandoned basement. Hope you enjoy.
Also, we still haven't decided on a name for the place. Any ideas?
